The digital transformation of public administrations takes place at the intersection of legal frameworks, federal structures and technological implementation. As a co-sponsor of the eJustice.ch Conference on Information Technology and Law, we are pleased to be part of this important exchange. Taking place on August 18, 2026, at Bern Town Hall, the conference addresses these developments and brings together experts from the judiciary, public administration, academia and industry.
This year’s conference focuses on the justitia.swiss platform, the implementation of the Federal Act on Platforms for Electronic Communication in the Judiciary (BEKJ), as well as the continued development of the Digital Public Services Switzerland (DVS). In addition, the conference explores digital sovereignty at both national and international level.
Relevance for data-sovereign e-government & interface with Glue
The focus areas of the conference closely reflect Glue’s core competencies.
