Abstract: Financial participation in mobility is a central fringe benefit for employees. Employers attach great importance to supporting sustainable and demand-oriented mobility. However, very few companies can afford the human and financial resources required to set up and operate their own mobility solution. Moreover, there are already many monomodal mobility applications that meet the requirements of travellers. The presentation shows how a potential ecosystem for the promotion of multimodal employee mobility could be designed.
