We place great emphasis on solid basic training. Our apprentices spend the first year of their apprenticeship at the
Vocational Training Centre (BBC), where they are optimally prepared for further training in the company. After the basic apprenticeship year, apprentices are assigned to one of the teams at Glue and their teammates help them implement software solutions. Under the guidance of experienced team colleagues, the apprentices learn the analysis, design, programming, testing, documentation and commissioning of software. We support our trainees according to their abilities and give them room for their own ideas.
