At the Winterkongress 2025, we presented our talk "With Open Parliamentary Data Towards More Transparency, Innovation, and Participation." In this presentation, Christian Gutknecht (Glue Software Engineering) and Florin Hasler (opendata.ch) showcased Open Parl Data and the latest developments in the project.
The Winterkongress is the most important event for digital civil liberties in Switzerland, offering a platform for discussions on the impact of information technology on our society. It brings together hackers, developers, activists, and interested individuals who actively engage with digital topics and their societal implications.
What we presented at the Winterkongress: Christian and Florin shared valuable insights into the Open Parl Data project, which aims to connect and make accessible parliamentary data from the federal level, cantons, and municipalities. The goal is to create an open, standardized infrastructure that enables more transparency, innovation, and civic participation.
