After 32 years of operational activity, Hermann Hüni is handing over the management of Glue Software Engineering AG to his long-standing partners. He has transferred his operational activities to various colleagues in recent months, but will remain on the company's Board of Directors from February 2024. He wishes the remaining members of the Executive Board much energy and success for the further organisation and development of the Glue Group's business areas.
In 1990, Hermann Hüni began working with a sole proprietorship and the preparatory work for the general partnership Glue Software Engineering Jucker + Hüni, which was co-founded in 1993. With the involvement of a third partner, Igor Metz, this was transformed into a public limited company in 1996.
The company and the Glue team would like to thank Hermann Hüni for his development work and his long operational commitment and wish him many more years of satisfaction and new and exciting challenges in this new phase of his life.
