• Swiss delegate in the Permanent Commission for Problem Chess (PCCC) of the World Chess Federation (FIDE) and Spokesman of its sub-committee for computer matters
• Co-editor of the Swiss problem chess magazine "idee & form" (with Bruno Stucker)
• Contributor of some features for the chess problem testing program Popeye
